IAPTS, Inc. is dedicated to ensuring that all students, regardless of circumstances, have opportunities to participate in sports. Whether students play on school teams or at community centers, IAPTS supports them by addressing academic and behavioral challenges, mentoring, and advocating for their continued participation in sports.

For students facing academic or behavioral challenges, IAPTS offers:

• Mentoring and tutoring to help improve grades and behavior.

• Advocacy to help students rejoin school or community sports teams.
  Our goal is to ensure every student can achieve their athletic potential.

For students already active in sports and performing well academically, IAPTS provides:

• Sporting equipment to ease financial burdens.

• Scholarships to reward dedication and talent.

• College counseling to prepare for athletic and academic success beyond high school.

IAPTS is committed to helping students succeed both on and off the field. Through team sports, we aim to foster social and academic growth. By collaborating with mentors, teachers, and organizations, we invest in the future of Maryland’s students.

Each year, IAPTS selects students from high schools in Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties to apply for scholarships. To qualify, students must:

• Complete an application.

• Write an essay.

• Obtain references.
